Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement (the "Terms") govern your use of bombic (the web game and the iOS/Android app), operated by BlueBytes Yazılım (the "Company", "we"). By using bombic you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use bombic for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the game's code, art or content.

2. Eligibility

bombic is for ages 13 and over. If you are under 18 you must use it under the supervision of a parent/guardian. The age required for purchases is subject to the rules of the relevant store.

3. Acceptable use

While using bombic you may not:

• Share inappropriate, unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening or sexual/obscene content,
• Impersonate, defraud or mislead another person,
• Use cheat software, bots, automation or exploits that break the game,
• Send spam, advertising or unsolicited messages,
• Infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property),
• Attempt to harm the service, the servers or other players.

4. User content and chat (zero tolerance)

bombic includes chat (global/language/map) where players can message each other. You are entirely responsible for the content you write in chat. We apply zero tolerance to inappropriate content and abusive behaviour. To enforce it:

• All messages pass through an automatic content/profanity filter,
• You can report and block any message and its sender from inside the game,
• Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours; violating content is removed and the user is muted or permanently banned.

By sending content to chat you permit us to use that content in the operation of the service (distribution/moderation). We are not obliged to pre-approve content, but we act without delay upon a report.

5. Purchases

bombic may offer some cosmetic items (e.g. premium skins) for a fee. In the mobile app purchases go through the App Store / Google Play; on the web, through PayPal. The price is shown at the time of purchase. Subject to store rules, digital items are generally non-refundable after delivery. Refund requests go to the relevant store for App Store/Play purchases and to us for PayPal purchases. The optional sign-in (Apple/Google) is used to restore your previous purchases on a new device.

6. Advertising

bombic is funded by advertising revenue (AdMob/AdSense). Your interaction with ads is subject to the terms of those providers. For details see the Privacy Policy.

7. Account and data deletion

No account is needed to play. The optional sign-in exists only to carry purchases across devices. You can delete your data at any time with the "Delete my data" link inside the game or via privacy@bluebytes.com.tr.

8. Intellectual property

bombic — its design, logo, source code and all original content — belongs to BlueBytes Yazılım. All rights reserved.

9. Limitation of liability

bombic is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. BlueBytes' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for bombic in the last 12 months, or to 100 TRY if no payment was made.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
